My writing class sparked me to go back and read some of the old classics I read when I was young. One of my favorite was “Old Man and the Sea” by Hemingway. Just as when I read it back then, this time I got a tear again. There is something about how Hemingway makes you feel for his characters. An epic journey, cut down by uncontrollable events. It’s worth a read if you haven’t read it or even if you have, read it again.
